任职要求：
1.必备条件
(1)统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验，熟练掌握Mybatis、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等开发框架。
(2)具备扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等核心框架，对JVM原理有基本了解。
(3)熟悉至少一种主流数据库（如MySQL、Oracle）和SQL编程，具备良好的数据库设计能力。
(4)熟悉Spring全家桶（Spring MVC, Spring Boot, MyBatis等）进行项目开发。
(5)具备较强的抗压能力，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能独立推动结果和目标的达成。
2.优先考虑
(1)有ERP、MES、数据采集项目经验者优先。
(2)有大数据组件（如Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka）使用或开发经验者优先。
(3)了解Python、R等数据分析语言或数据可视化工具（如Tableau、Power BI）者优先。
(4)了解Spring AI或相关机器学习/人工智能框架，并有学习实践的兴趣。
