Bright Real Estate

Shanghai Haibo Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Shanghai Donghai Co., Ltd. It was established on January 4, 1993, with the approval of the Shanghai Economic System Reform Office (Document No. 15 [1992] of the Shanghai Economic System Reform Office) and the Shanghai Agricultural Commission (Document No. 327 [1992] of the Shanghai Municipal Agricultural Commission), and was formed by sixteen state-owned agricultural reclamation backbone enterprises through targeted placement. On May 23, 1996, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, it was officially listed on the stock exchange on June 6, 1996. In December 2005, the company completed its share structure reform.
On October 28, 2015, the company name was changed from "Shanghai Haibo Co., Ltd." to "Bright Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.", and the English name was changed from "Shanghai Haibo Co., Ltd." to "Bright Real Estate Group Co., Limited".
