4、掌握Linux 操作系统，熟悉Linux环境下的Java应用程序安装部署及性能调优，熟练使用docker和docker-compose，可以基于虚拟化技术对程序进行部署和问题定位；
5、喜欢阅读优秀的Java开源项目代码，熟悉开源框架，具有针对不同系统特性的了解及选型能力。
6、善于快速学习和吸收思考，为人正直诚信，积极热情，具有高度的责任心和主观能动性。

加分项：
1、了解AI方向应用开发，有过一定AI方向应用开发的经验。
2、掌握Python编程语言，了解langchain和python常用开发库优先考虑。
