Role responsibilities
1. Business key drivers identification, quantification optimization feffective growth.
2. Identify new sources of business growth opportunities.
3. Identify company cost-to-serve productivity opportunity drive optimization to improve efficiency.
4. Leverage LLM GenAI solution to drive business process more automated, digitalized optimized.
5. Data & Analytical framework creation, unification simplification.
Qualifications
1. Expert in Python, SQL, Data Mining, have deep understanding of the logic & interpretation of Machine Learning algorithms (Linear Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Bagging, etc)
2. Apply thorough technical knowledge to massive datasets with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model building. Design development of scaled algorithms.
3. Strong logical thinking, communication influence skill. Being able to drive analytical/algorithm findings insights activated in real business environment via. effective communicating to influence senileaders multifunctional teams.
4. Familiar with LLM GenAI solutions understhow to leverage GenAI to solve business questions.
5. Strong learning capability agility.
6. Business analysis, computer science, statistics, math, econometrics, financial engineering related majors are preferred.
7. Top education background is preferred.
8. Top eCom/Internet/Consulting Firm FMCG company experience is a plus.
