Hubei Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Hubei Design) is a design company established under Hubei Culture & Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. (E-Lv Investment), a state-owned investment platform, and holds multiple design qualifications. With the development philosophy of "integrated design, whole-process consulting," it is one of the few comprehensive professional teams in the province with systematic planning, planning, architecture, landscape, and municipal engineering capabilities.
