1、岗位职责：
主要负责公司核心业务系统或关键模块的设计、开发与迭代优化，保障系统的高可用、高性能和高扩展性。参与技术难题攻关，解决系统中的潜在技术风险，如性能瓶颈、并发问题、系统稳定性等，同时负责核心代码的编写与重构，制定并推行代码规范、开发流程，提升团队的整体代码质量，并参与公司技术选型、架构演进方案的讨论和制定，对新技术进行可行性研究和引入。
2、岗位要求：
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java后端开发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础，深入理解数据结构、算法、网络、操作系统等知识。
对JVM有深入理解，包括内存模型、GC机制、性能调优（能使用jstack, jmap, jstat等工具分析问题），精通多线程编程，深刻理解线程安全、锁机制（如synchronized, ReentrantLock）及JUC并发工具包的使用和原理。
精通Spring Framework、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架的核心原理和实现机制，精通MySQL应用开发与调优，熟悉索引原理、SQL优化、事务隔离级别。
