白云鄂博粤蒙新能源有限公司是内蒙古粤电蒙华新能源有限责任公司全资子公司，项目场址坐落于白云鄂博矿区东南方4公里处，建设规模包括10万千瓦的风电场及供热站1座（供热负荷0.952万千瓦），年用电量2792万千瓦时，为白云鄂博城南新区17万平方米建筑供热，年供热量约为10万吉焦。项目总投资约78,000万元（风电场投资74,000万元、热力站投资4,000万元）。项目于2012年9月28取得“路条”及被列为内蒙古自治区风电供热示范性项目，2015年4月2日经内蒙古包头市发改委批复正式核准（包发改审批字〔2015〕95号）。
公司于2015年10月份开工建设热力站，风电场项目计划于2016年4月开工建设。
