山东华牧天元农牧股份有限公司位于济南高新区环保科技园国际商务中心，为2011年12月股份改制而来，前身为山东华牧天元动物保健品有限公司，下设全资子公司三家。公司成立于1997年，业务涵盖预混料、浓缩料、饲料原料、兽药、饲料微生物添加剂等的生产销售、生态特色养殖及饲料添加剂原料进出口及大宗饲料原料的进口。截至目前，公司已发展成为拥有4个生产基地和3个研发中心（环保养殖研究推广中心、饲料技术研究中心、生物技术研究中心），年产值超过1.2亿元的综合性农牧企业。
