Chongqing Dongil Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise invested and established in China by Korea's DRB Dongil Co., Ltd. DRB Dongil is Korea's largest rubber products manufacturer. Since its establishment in 1945, through more than 70 years of evolution and development, it has now become a comprehensive multinational group integrating rubber products for agricultural, automotive, industrial, railway bridge, civil engineering and construction, and seismic isolation and vibration control applications, and has expanded into the fields of industrial automation and robotics. DRB Dongil is located in Busan, a port city in Korea, and currently has production bases or branches in Qingdao, China, Chongqing, China, Slovakia, the United States, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other places. The company's high-performance rubber products under brands such as DONGIL and DRB are exported worldwide. It provides OE supporting supply and services for benchmark enterprises in various industries, including Hyundai Motor, Honda Motor, Samsung Electronics, John Deere, and Caterpillar. Chongqing Dongil Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is DRB Dongil's second wholly-owned factory in China mainly engaged in automotive seals. It was established in July 2015, with a total investment of USD 40 million and registered capital of USD 14 million. It is a company engaged in the production and sales of automotive parts, special-purpose synthetic rubber products for automobiles, and synthetic resin products. The project covers an area of 80 mu, with 40 mu in Phase I and a building area of 15,000 square meters; and 40 mu in Phase II with a building area of 18,000 square meters.
