5.具备系统调优、性能调优的能力，能够定位并解决系统性能瓶颈问题。
6.重视代码质量，有良好的编程习惯，能够编写清晰、高效、可维护的代码。
7.有微服务架构的开发经验，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术。了解分布式系统的设计理念，熟悉分布式缓存、消息队列等中间件的使用。
8.有较强的团队合作精神，能够指导和培养团队成员。
9.有良好的技术研究能力，能够通过技术研究提升团队的技术水平。
