我园位于马家湾占地面积800平方米，户外活动面积300平方米；教室6间，寝室3间，厨房1间，有大班3班、中班1班、小班1班，幼儿130名，每个幼儿均有桌椅及单人床。教学设备包括电子琴6架，大型活动器械3套，还有饮水机、空调等；厨房有冰箱、消毒碗柜一台和必需的炊具餐具；我园还备有保健箱及监控器等设备。我园设园长1名，副园长1名，财务人员1名，教师7名，炊事员2名、保安1名。其中本科学历1名，大专学历5名、高中4名。教师、园长均有多年幼儿、学前教育及管理工作经验，对幼儿有很强的责任心和爱心，并能根据幼儿身心发展的实际情况制定计划、进行保育。
