Industrial Securities is a nationwide innovative securities company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Its business scope includes securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting and sponsorship, proprietary securities trading, securities asset management, acting as agent for the transfer of shares of non-listed joint-stock companies, financial advisory services related to securities trading and securities investment activities, margin trading and securities lending, agency sales of securities investment funds, and providing intermediary introduction services for futures companies.
　　The predecessor of Industrial Securities can be traced back to the Securities Business Department of Industrial Bank established in 1991. In 1994, Fujian Industrial Securities Company was reorganized and established on the basis of the Securities Business Department. In 1999, in accordance with the national policy requirements on "separate operation and separate management" of the financial industry, it was restructured and capitalized, decoupled from Industrial Bank, and renamed Industrial Securities Co., Ltd.
