Jiuding Investment

The Fixed Income Department under Jiuding Investment (Stock Code: 600053.SH) is primarily responsible for investment and management in the real estate finance sector, including establishing and managing real estate asset management institutions (covering new establishment, cooperation, and mergers and acquisitions), and operating special real estate funds. Currently, the real estate projects in operation include the Nanchang Zijincheng Project. The Nanchang Zijincheng Project is located on the bank of the Gan River in Nanchang City, between Hongdu Bridge and Bayi Bridge, facing the Gan River to the west, overlooking Qingshan Lake to the east, adjacent to Qingshan Road to the south, connecting to Hongdu Avenue to the east, bordered by the urban expressway Fudayou Embankment to the north, and adjacent to Sanjing Road to the west. The project covers an area of approximately 600 mu, with a floor area ratio of 2.7 and a total gross floor area (countable) of approximately 1.08 million square meters, including approximately 315,000 square meters of commercial projects, approximately 725,000 square meters of residential units, and approximately 40,000 square meters of supporting facilities such as primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. Approximately 250,000 square meters of the commercial project has been developed. Zijin Building, the primary school, and the kindergarten have been completed and put into use. The residential units are developed in five phases, with phases one to three totaling approximately 500,000 square meters already developed.
