Group Overview: YIBON Hotel Group (YIBON) is a Sino-foreign joint venture multi-brand hotel management group with a registered capital of 203 million RMB, ranking among the top 10 hotel groups in China by number of properties. The group owns luxury and high-end brands such as Junshe Hotel and Platinum Wan'ao Hotel, mid-to-high-end brand Tuke China Hotel, mid-range business travel brand Ruisite Yizhi Hotel, movie IP themed hotel / Blockbuster Movie Hotel, as well as micro-boutique YIBO Hotel, spanning over a hundred cities in China with nearly 800 stores. In 2017, the group accepted investment from US-funded enterprise - GreenTree Group and a Korean private equity fund.
