3、扎实的Java编程基础，深入理解JVM、多线程、数据结构与算法，熟悉JDK新特性；
4、熟练掌握SpringBoot、SpringCloud（或相关微服务框架，如SpringCloudAlibaba等），具备微服务架构设计与开发经验；
5、熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握主流中间件的一种或多种，如：消息队列：Kafka、RocketMQ、RabbitMQ，缓存：Redis、Caffeine等，RPC框架：Dubbo、gRPC，分布式协调与配置：Nacos、ZooKeeper、Apollo；
6、熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL等一种或多种关系数据库，了解数据库性能调优与索引机制，具备分库分表实践经验；
7、了解至少一种NoSQL数据库，如MongoDB、Cassandra、Redis（进阶应用）；
8、熟悉分布式事务解决方案，如Seata、事务消息、Saga模式等；
9、熟悉容器化与云原生技术栈，包括Docker、Kubernetes等，具有k8s实施经验者优先；
10、具备一定的前端基础，了解至少一种前端框架（如Vue/React/Angular）及协作模式，熟悉RESTfulAPI设计，了解OpenAPI规范；
11、了解服务网格、Serverless、云原生架构相关理念与技术者优先；
12、具备良好的编码规范、系统设计文档习惯和团队协作意识。
