河南启瑞生物科技发展有限公司是上海启舜实业发展有限公司设在河南的全资子公司，主要从事化工产品（高性能增塑剂及塑料橡胶等系列助剂产品）的生产销售、化工产品的技术开发、进出口贸易，机电设备安装维修（除特殊设备外），建筑工程设备、金属材料及非金属材料的销售。公司位于河南省沁阳市沁北产业集聚区，占地约100亩，注册资金4000万元，成立于2011年1月14日。公司实施的年产15万吨高性能增塑剂项目为“河南省重点建设项目”、“焦作市重点项目”、“沁阳市建设先进单位”。该项目的一期工程已经竣工，并于2012年2月进行试生产，公司计划在三年之内完成二期、三期工程的建设。
