Shenzhen Huasen Architectural & Engineering Design Consultants Co., Ltd. was established in 1980 as one of the earliest joint-venture design companies in China by the China Architecture Design & Research Group (formerly the Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction) and Hong Kong Senyang Company. It was the earliest international window for architectural design in China. It is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction Technology Group. After more than 30 years of effort, it has created the "Huasen Production" design brand, designed numerous premium projects, won many design awards at the Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and national levels, and received two National Gold Awards for Design, becoming a well-known design company in China.
The company is based in Shenzhen and serves the whole country. Its business scope covers all aspects of architectural and engineering design, including architectural and community planning, structure, water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC, etc. After nearly 10 years of accumulation, it has formed a stable technical team with innovative concepts.
