Chongqing Sanden Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. Liuzhou Branch was established in 2015 and is located in Liuzhou Yanghe Industrial Park, with a factory building area of approximately 8,000 m2. It is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of automotive air conditioning products. Since its establishment, the company has adhered to a "customer-centered" philosophy, always staying at the forefront of customer needs, meeting customers' continuously rising demands and expectations, and consistently providing products and services that satisfy customers.
The company currently has 90 employees. With the strong support of its parent company in Chongqing, it has equipped itself with a skilled team of technical, quality, and project personnel. Its main products include HVAC and new energy vehicle air conditioning, with a production capacity of 1.2 million units per year, mainly serving customers such as Dongfeng Nissan, SAIC-GM-Wuling, and Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor.
The company previously had four advanced HVAC production lines, and in 2018 it introduced an intelligent digital HVAC production line. Through advanced information management technologies and methods, this production line collects assembly data and inspection data in real time during the production process, integrates people, materials, and data flows in the production process, and achieves product positioning, data tracking, and historical traceability during production.
