岗位描述
负责TMS 运输管理系统的需求分析、架构设计、核心代码开发与迭代优化；
参与 TMS 系统核心模块研发：订单管理、路线规划、车辆调度、在途跟踪、运费结算、电子回单、报表分析等；
对接物流业务方，梳理运输业务流程，解决系统开发、测试、上线中的技术问题；
负责系统接口开发与对接：三方物流平台、GPS 定位、电子围栏、支付、电子合同、仓储 WMS 系统等；
保障 TMS 系统高并发、高可用、高稳定性，优化系统性能，排查生产环境故障；
编写技术文档，参与代码评审，推动团队技术规范落地。
任职要求
一、核心硬性要求（必备）
大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验；
必须有 TMS 运输管理系统实际项目开发 / 落地经验，熟悉物流运输全业务流程者优先；
熟练使用 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等主流开发框架；
熟练使用 MySQL 数据库，具备 SQL 优化、索引优化、事务处理能力；
熟悉 Redis、RabbitMQ/RocketMQ、Elasticsearch 等中间件的使用；
熟悉 Git、Maven/Gradle 等项目管理工具，具备独立开发能力。
