岗位职责

1.有游戏地编的相关项目经验

2.负责场景资源的导入，调整摆放物件，游戏场景关卡的拼接，设计和修正，按照场景白盒，策划案，概念设计，独立完成游戏地图整体制作。

3.调整地图的氛围，布置灯光以及烘焙灯光贴图及后处理等实现*终效果，熟悉材质系统，对光照有深入研究，掌握静态光照和动态光照的不同使用，能根据需求采用合理的方法和制作流程完成工作。

4.能够负责制作关卡中所需物件制作，包含建筑，道具等

5.根据游戏玩法与美术效果和性能，不断地进行调整优化达到*优

任职要求

1.有三年以上的地编工作经验，有1年以上的高模及PBR材质制作经验

2.精通3Dmax，photoshop，zbrush，sp等相关软件，熟悉PBR原理，能制作高品质的场景地表，植被等资源，熟悉程序化纹理制作优先

3.色彩感好，对场景的效果和气氛有较好的表现，对场景层次有比较好的理解，独立完成场景的搭建与效果。

4.对次世代场景有充分经验积累，并具备改善，提高工作流的能力。擅长3D类型的场景及构建设计并编辑场景，对环境和空间的布局有较强能力。
