4、参与相关项目的设计、评审、开发，以保障系统能够按照需求正确达成预期效果；
5、技术预研和技术积累，追踪无线互联网新产品和新技术，跟踪和分析现网平台，以提高生产系统的健壮性、可复用性，达到平台化；
6、监督、指导低阶岗位人员技术工作与技能培训，以确保产品质量和进度；
7、完成公司安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上，具有4年开发以及模块设计经验，有互联网产品的架构或开发设计经验；
2、精通Java语言，J2EE开发经验丰富，有实际使用springboot，springcloud经验；
3、擅长使用开源框架，熟悉某个领域（例如：网关、鉴权认证等），对开源框架做过选型研究或基于框架做过二次研发，解读过源码，掌握实现原理，有实际研发经验；
4、掌握消息、数据库、缓存、日志、日志采集常用中间件及性能优化等相关技术；
5、有知名互联网产品技术开发相关经验者优先；
6、具有良好的责任感、组织与协调能力、沟通能力、计划能力、结果导向；
7、政治素质好，遵守纪律，品行端正，爱岗敬业
