职位描述：

1、负责响应客户提出的需求，协调并完成相应功能、性能的开发；

2、负责现有软件产品后端的开发与优化(可独立完成模块的开发及单元测试)，配合产品的现场实施工作；

3、负责不断提升系统扩展性、稳定性和性能；

4、参与系统设计、需求分析、程序开发以及技术文档编写的相关工作。

岗位要求：

1、1年以上相关岗位工作经验，拥有系统架构经验者优先；

2、熟练掌握JAVA、C++；熟悉Spring Boot、mybatis, Hazelcast）、JDBC等其中几种开源框架，熟悉微服务架构、设计模式，了解工作流，掌握SVN、Maven、git等工具；熟悉Eclipse 开发环境；

3、熟悉Linux环境，熟悉Tomcat或Nginx部署；

4、熟练掌握MS SQL数据库开发，熟悉mongoDB，redis数据库，熟练掌握数据库开发和建模；

5、充满工作热情，责任心强，抗压、学习能力强，有团队合作精神；

6、有证券、基金、银行等行业的金融软件工作经验者，有带队研发经验者优先考虑。

前期线上办公，需长期外派至深圳南山区工作。
