岗位职责：
1.快速理解用户需求，依照视觉规范，完成系统设计编码工作；
2.按照项目计划，独立完成功能模块开发，并编写相关技术文档；
3.参与部分系统的后期修改工作，参与新项目前后端功能开发工作；
4.按质按量完成项目经理安排的工作计划；
5.独立和客户进行业务及技术细节交流沟通；
6.独立保障已交付系统试运行期间运行正常，出现异常能够分析原因并及时解决问题；
7.该岗位发展方向为项目经理
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，软件工程、计算机、大数据相关专业；
2. 具备2年及以上JAVA开发经验，至少完成参与过一个以上大中型系统开发；
3. 具备扎实的JAVA基础，熟练掌握IO、线程、集合等基础知识，熟悉缓存、消息等机制；
4.熟练掌握（Bootstrap、React、AngularJS、Vue）至少一种前端框架，前端框架经验丰富者优先；
5.熟练掌握（Oracle、MySQL、SQL Server）至少一种数据库，具备数据库性能调优经验；
6.熟练使用（Eclipse、MyEclipse、IDEA）其中一种主流开发工具，熟练使用SVN或GIT版本管理工具，熟练使用maven构建工具及配置；
7.熟练掌握Tomcat、WebLogic等中间件；
8.掌握Linux的基本操作，能独立完成应用部署；
9.具备良好的沟通协调能力，具有积极的团队合作和钻研精神，较强的责任心及进取心。
