The nano-scale thin film deposition equipment designed, developed, and produced by the company, including chemical vapor deposition (CVD), radio frequency and magnetron sputtering physical vapor deposition (PVD), and atomic layer deposition (ALD) equipment, has been applied in multiple leading domestic integrated circuit chip manufacturing enterprises. As of the end of 2024, the company has obtained a total of 189 original invention patents and utility model patents, of which 121 are invention patents and international patents.
