河北金世纪电气有限公司是集团控股子公司，由原金世纪电缆集团有限公司电气制造事业部延转形成。公司主要致力于钢铁行业连铸铸坯的专业电磁搅拌系统设计、制造、维保工作，电磁搅拌器智能控制系统也取得了初步的进展。公司目前拥有软件开发、机械设计、电气自动化类工程技术人员9人，工程项目管理施工专业人员目前3人，以及其他管理人员共计8人，其中电磁博士生导师2人，电磁专业科学家3人、博士2人，硕士6人。公司目前为内蒙古科技大学电磁专业研究生研究实践基地。
