Haozu

Beijing Haozu Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haozu"), founded in July 2015, is currently the largest internet-based office service platform in China.
Haozu is committed to providing enterprises with overall solutions from office building leasing to covering various strongly related service fields. The company operates two business lines: Haozu and Haozu Mall. Haozu mainly provides enterprise office site selection services, while Haozu Mall adopts a new service model of "asset-light, zero-risk," encompassing one-stop procurement services such as business registration, office equipment leasing, green plant leasing, and decoration.
In March 2016, Haozu secured a RMB 250 million Series A financing led by Blackhole Capital and Joy Capital, with Northern Light Venture Capital following. From November 2016 to February 2017, Haozu successively completed a Series B financing of several hundred million RMB, led by Yuesheng Capital, with Joy Capital, Red Star Macalline, and New World participating.
To date, Haozu has over a thousand professional real estate consultants and product and technology teams composed of hundreds of internet elites, achieving comprehensive coverage of first- and second-tier cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan, Hangzhou, and Tianjin, with over 500,000 premium property listings and serving more than 200,000 corporate clients.
In the future, Haozu will continue to consolidate its operational foundation in the five major cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, using these as centers to expand coverage to more second-tier cities in their regions, and deepen the Haozu Mall service system. It aims to transform service chains such as office decoration and business registration into hit products, provide scenario-based enterprise-level services to clients, set a service benchmark in the commercial office sector, and drive the rapid development of the entire industry.
