1. 岗位职责：

（2）参与后端技术方案的讨论与设计，与项目经理、设计人员、WEB前端开发人员等进行沟通和协作，确保需求精准落地；
（3）对现有系统进行性能分析与优化，包括代码优化、缓存策略设计、分布式系统优化等，提升系统响应速度和稳定性；
（4）遵循公司代码规范和开发流程，编写高质量、可复用的代码，进行代码审查，及时发现并修正潜在问题；
（5）参与测试和上线工作，确保软件系统交付质量和稳定性。
2. 任职资格：
（1）本科或以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历背景；
（2）3年及以上JAVA后端开发经验，具备扎实的代码功底和良好的工程化思维；
（3）熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud等技术框架；
（4）熟悉MySQL数据库；
（6）熟悉Kafka、RabbitMQ、Redis等消息中间件及缓存技术；
（7）熟练使用Git等版本控制工具，对前后端合作模式有深入理解并有相关项目经验。
（8）能够适应出差；
（9）工作地点：南京。
