Changjiang Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was founded in 1991 and listed on the Main Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007 with stock code 000783. After 29 years of unremitting efforts, the Company has developed into a nationwide comprehensive securities company with strong strength, complete functions, standardized management and outstanding performance.
At present, the Company has 32 branches and 249 securities business offices in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government across the country, and owns 7 wholly-owned and controlled or equity-participating subsidiaries (Changjiang Baoliu, Changjiang Asset Management, Changjiang Capital, Changjiang Innovation Investment, Changjiang Futures, Changzheng International, Changxin Fund).
