内蒙古化德县北辰冶金化工有限责任公司2×135MW热电联产项目位于化德县长顺新型工业园区内，由2×135MW级高温、高压抽凝空冷发电机组，配套2×530t/h的高温、高压循环流化床锅炉组成，主要为化德县工业园区内（包括我公司）工业生产提供动力能源,兼顾供热，为热电联产项目。项目的土建工程已于2014年7月开工建设，目前主控及办公楼、烟囱主体已完工，汽轮机、发电机、锅炉三大设备已订购，*批锅炉设备已经开始安装，*台机组预计于2016年年底发电运营，第二台机组预计于2017年12月发电运营，投资完成进度达65%。
