In 2008, it successively established branch companies in Guangzhou, Nanjing, and Jinan, as well as offices in various places. In July 2009, it established a controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Komo Machinery Co., Ltd. In June 2010, it established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Hansheng Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. In October 2011, it established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hanbell Precise Machinery (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. In May 2012, Vietnam Haiermesi Machinery Co., Ltd., wholly invested by Hanbell Precise Machinery (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., was officially established. In November 2012, its associated company, Hitachi Machinery Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was officially established. In January 2015, it invested in the establishment of Hanli Energy Technology Co., Ltd. In April 2016, it completed the acquisition of Qingdao Century Dongyuan High-tech Electromechanical Co., Ltd. The company has successively received honors such as Shanghai Famous Trademark, Shanghai High-tech Enterprise, China Refrigeration Industry's Most Popular Brand, MIIT Industrial Brand Cultivation Demonstration Enterprise, and 2015 Shanghai Quality Gold Award. Hanbell's products include the R series (screw refrigeration compressors), A series (screw air compressors), L series (screw freezing compressors), and P series (screw oil-free vacuum pumps), which are widely used in various industries and are important general equipment.
