Chongqing Tsinghua Suzhou Automotive Research Institute Entrepreneurship Valley Technology Development Co., Ltd. is established by Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute leveraging its advantages in technology research and development, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, high-tech enterprise incubation, and technology finance innovation, with strong support from Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Jiulongpo District Government, jointly with Chongqing University of Technology and Chongqing Academy of Science and Technology, to build Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute Chongqing Maker Space in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, leading the construction of a "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" support platform (entrepreneurship accelerator); and initiating the establishment of a venture capital fund based on innovative development of advanced manufacturing industry. It strives to create the first domestic O2O online and offline maker space based on advanced manufacturing industry. The initial management scale is 10,000 square meters, gradually expanding to 20,000 square meters. Within three years, it plans to introduce and incubate 100 innovative advanced manufacturing enterprises. Utilizing Tsinghua University's brand and resource advantages, integrating various technical, market, human, and capital resources in the domestic and international advanced manufacturing fields from Tsinghua Automotive Research Institute, various schools and departments of the university, alumni associations, teachers, and students, jointly with Chongqing University of Technology and Chongqing Academy of Science and Technology, in all aspects of research and development, achievement transformation, landing, and entrepreneurship, to build the entrepreneurship accelerator into the most active vanguard in Chongqing's maker space field.
