岗位职责：
1、负责平台技术的技术选型、技术调研、工程规范制定，形成业务架构、技术架构、数据架构、安全架构，协助业务团队进行架构的应用、业务需求落地:
2、负责新技术以及技术难点的攻坚，分析系统瓶颈解决各种疑难杂症，对系统进行性能调优，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定运行，对现有核心产品技术架构进行升级优化，满足业务持续增长需求
3、负责分布式数据库及各种分布式中间件等技术研究持续优化、重构现有的软件平台架构
岗位要求：
1、本科生以上学历，211/985院校，具有五年及以上中大规模分布式系统架构或微服务架构经验
2、精通springboot、微服务、数据库以及各种中间件技术;了解常见网关、注册、配置、日志、全链路追踪、监控等组件的作用及原理，对微服务、消息中间件(Kafka/RocketMQ/RabbitMQ等)、容器化、负载均衡、以及缓存、消息队列等有深入的理解，能综合主流技术并做出解法设计;
3、具备3年以上Hadoop/Spark大数据开发经验，精通相关组件：HDFS、SPARK、Clickhouse、Kafka，有Spark on K8s/K3s项目经验；
4、精通大型互联网业务系统架构，具备Devops运维平台0-1实际落地建设经验，有大规模集群运维经验优先，精于架构设计、性能优化、运维自动化落地经验者优先;
5、精通主流开源系统、软件中间件，对Docker/k8s/K3S、负载均衡等及监控等开源软件有深入的理解、应用和优化;
6、具备较强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力，英文阅读熟练，对新领域技术敏感，乐于学习和分享
7、具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，责任心强，有一定的承压能力
加分项：
精通Al Agent技术栈，包括主流框架、模型服务等;
熟悉大模型原理与优化技术(Prompt工程RAG、模型微调等);
