5. 精通OpenTelemetry架构、eBPF技术栈或Service Mesh监控方案中的至少一项；
6. 具备性能调优实战经验（JVM调优、SQL优化、系统压测）；
7. 具备良好的技术文档撰写能力和团队协作意识，能承担跨团队技术协调工作；
8. 加分项：主导或深度参与过知名开源项目核心模块开发（尤其在监控/可观测性领域，如Prometheus Exporter/Alertmanager优化等）。
