The company is headquartered in Shijingshan District, Beijing, and has 17 branches in Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Jilin, Shaanxi, Shandong, Qingdao, Shanghai, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shenzhen, Fujian, Yunnan, Xinjiang, Henan, and Xiong'an. In 2016, it was reviewed by the Beijing Construction Engineering Cost Management Association and awarded the first batch of enterprise credit evaluation grade AAAAA (the highest grade is AAAAA), and was reviewed by the China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association and awarded enterprise credit evaluation grade AAA (the highest grade is AAA). In 2018, it passed the environmental management system certification and occupational health and safety management system certification.
Ø Historical Evolution
Tianjian Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. In 2004, the headquarters moved from Wuhan, Hubei to Beijing and was renamed Wanlong (Beijing) Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. In July 2013, with the aim of becoming bigger and stronger, our company joined forces with a well-known domestic accounting firm—Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), and changed its name from Wanlong (Beijing) Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. to Tianjian Wanlong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. In August of the same year, it merged with Kaiyuan Xinde (Beijing) Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. to form the new Tianjian Wanlong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. In February 2016, in order to implement the requirements of Tianjian headquarters to promote "integration within the system, and unification of brand, name, and logo", our company was renamed again as Tianjian Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.

Tianjian Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. mainly engages in: preparation and review of construction project proposals and feasibility study investment estimates, and project economic evaluation reports; preparation and review of construction project estimates and budgets, and cooperation with design scheme comparison and selection, optimization design, limited design, etc. for engineering cost analysis and control; determination of construction project contract prices (including preparation and review of bills of quantities and base prices for bidding projects, and bid quotations); signing and adjustment of contract prices (including calculation of engineering changes, engineering negotiations, and claim costs) and payment of engineering funds, preparation and review of engineering settlement and completion settlement (final) reports; appraisal of engineering cost economic disputes and consulting for arbitration; providing whole-process cost consulting services or management and services at several stages for the organization and implementation of construction projects; providing whole-process tracking audit services for the organization and implementation of construction projects; providing engineering cost information services.
