C&D (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a modern service-oriented enterprise under C&D Inc. (SSE stock code: 600153), focusing on supply chain operations. Since its establishment in June 2002, it has achieved sustained and rapid growth in major business areas such as bulk commodities (steel, agricultural products, mechanical and electrical products, chemicals, mineral products, pulp and paper, light textiles, etc.) and logistics services. In 2012, it ranked 95th among the top 100 taxpayers in Shanghai's private enterprises and non-state-controlled enterprises, and was recognized as a regional headquarters enterprise by Pudong New Area in the same year.
