岗位职责
1. 核心系统规划：负责再生资源回收与车辆报废制造业务的核心系统产品规划与设计，涵盖OMS、MES、WMS、财务结算模块，深入理解再生资源回收、报废车回收、资质审核、拆解、零部件流转及财务对账等复杂业务场景。
2. AI产品落地：结合制造业痛点，探索并设计AI应用场景（如：基于计算机视觉的车辆残值评估/零部件智能定损、基于大模型的智能客服/知识库、智能排产或供应链预测等），推动AI技术在实际业务中的落地与价值转化。
3. 需求分析与闭环：深入业务一线，收集并挖掘内部运营、财务及外部客户的需求，完成竞品分析、需求调研、原型设计及PRD文档编写，并跟进研发、测试、上线全流程，确保产品高质量交付。
4. 数据驱动迭代：建立产品数据监控体系，通过数据分析发现业务流程中的断点与效率瓶颈，持续优化系统体验，提升内部作业效率与财务结算准确率。
5. 跨部门协同：作为业务与技术的桥梁，与研发团队、财务部门、仓储运营团队保持紧密沟通，确保产品方案既具备技术可行性，又高度贴合实际业务诉求。
任职要求
1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，人工智能、软件工程、计算机科学、信息管理等相关专业优先。
2. 经验要求：3-5年OMS\MES\WMS产品工作经验。
3. 业务理解：对OMS、MES、WMS、财务系统、ERP有实际接触或深刻理解，熟悉B端业务流程及后台逻辑。
4. AI涉猎：对人工智能领域保持高度敏感，有AI产品（AIGC、CV、NLP、推荐算法等）的实际使用、调研或从0到1的落地经验者优先。
5. 工具技能：熟练掌握不限于Axure、Figma、Visio、Xmind等产品设计工具，具备优秀的文档编写能力和逻辑思维能力。
6. 综合素质：具备极强的业务理解、沟通能力，善于在模糊的业务场景中梳理清晰的产品路径，具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力。
