职责描述：
1、根据业务需求，搭建邮件系统的用户运营体系，制定邮件营销的策略和方案。
2、精通用户分层管理，平台会员体系，内容活动策略等，对拉新、转化及老客留存等核心指标负责。
3、了解熟悉海外品牌运营全流程，包含邮件账号体系建立，营销旅程体系搭建，邮件内容策划设计，数据分析等，能够通过精细化的邮件营销促进转化率提升。
4、能够搭建A/B测试体系，对整个用户生命周期进行监测分析，并及时动态调整EDM全渠道的营销战略。
5、跟踪和分析营销数据，优化邮件和短信的内容、设计和发送时间，对EDM邮件营销做出深度的数据整理分析和反馈，并能够针对性的提出和落地优化方案。
6、与其他团队（包含但不限于数据部，系统部，UI，行业运营）合作，配合并确保营销活动的顺利执行，完成营销活动策划目标。
任职要求：
1、两年以上EDM相关经验，有出海相关行业的成功案列，有用户运营经验优先
2、精通至少一种主流邮件营销平台，熟悉HTML模板开发软件
3、有较强的自主学习能力，踏实热情，能够不断探索新的思路和营销方法；并且有极强的责任心和团队合作意识。
