Jiangxi Xinglin Baima Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was restructured and established in August 2002, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. It is a medium-sized private pharmaceutical enterprise integrating scientific research, cultivation, production, and sales. The existing production plant covers a total area of approximately 116 mu, with a purification production area of 10,000 square meters. It has more than 2,000 employees in production, technology, sales, and management, over 50% of whom have a college degree or above, including 10 licensed pharmacists.
After fifteen years of restructuring and development, the company is in a stage of growth and expansion. The company now has five GMP production workshops, including oral solid preparation, liquid preparation, and external preparation production lines. It has 13 GMP-certified dosage forms, including tablets and capsules.
The company has invested funds to develop the national proprietary intellectual property (patent certificate) traditional Chinese medicine Class 6 gynecological new drug "Fenghua Jieyin Suppository," which has now completed Phase II and Phase III clinical trials and achieved the expected clinical trial results. To ensure the quality of raw materials for pharmaceutical production and meet production and sales demand, in March 2010 the company invested 6.68 million yuan in the Jiangxi Sanghai Economic and Technological Development Zone to build a 1,000-mu traditional Chinese medicinal herb planting base. This greatly enhanced the company's competitiveness in the traditional Chinese medicine industry chain and also provided a strong guarantee for the company's sustainable development.
In April 2015, in order to improve the company's core competitiveness and increase its capacity for innovative new drug research and development, the company established the "Jiangxi Xinglin Baima Biomedical Research Institute," a high-starting-point pharmaceutical innovation team with Chinese-American Ph.D. Zhu Qin as chief scientist. In December 2015, the institute was recognized by the Nanchang Science and Technology Bureau as a Nanchang Municipal Engineering Technology Research and Key Laboratory, with the name "Nanchang Municipal New Drug Preparation Engineering Research Center."

In order to adapt to the sustainable development of the enterprise, Xinglin Baima Pharmaceutical purchased 180 mu of land in the Sanghai Pharmaceutical Industrial Park of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, with an estimated total investment of 520 million yuan to build the "Baima Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrial Park" in accordance with the new GMP requirements. The park project started construction in February 2014, obtained the national new GMP certification certificate in March 2017, and is expected to complete construction and officially fully commence production in June 2018. After the project is completed, Xinglin Baima Pharmaceutical will have a modern pharmaceutical GMP production base with 14 dosage forms, including oral capsules, granules, tablets, syrups, gels, and suppositories, greatly enhancing the enterprise's modern technical and equipment level and raising the competitiveness of Xinglin Baima Pharmaceutical's drug production to a new level.
