Nanchang Qingshanhu Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in July 2003. It is a state-owned enterprise funded by the Qingshanhu District Government, mainly performing the functions of financing and use management of urban construction funds within its jurisdiction. Under the authorization of the district government, it performs the owner's functions for non-profit and quasi-non-profit projects such as resettlement housing, municipal engineering, and schools within its jurisdiction. Over the 16 years since its establishment, the Company has adhered to cultivating and promoting the corporate culture of "innovation, responsibility, integrity, professionalism, and honesty", rooted in Qingshanhu, assisting urbanization, serving major construction and management, striving to be the main force of economic development, the main carrier of project construction, and the main platform of capital operation, and has made due contributions to building a beautiful and happy Qingshanhu. It has successively led 58 government-invested projects. The total investment amount reached 16.1 billion yuan, of which 31 projects were completed, 19 projects were under construction. 8 projects were pending construction. It completed the reconstruction and expansion projects of a number of urban main roads such as Beijing East Road and Qingshanhu Middle North Avenue, a number of old city reconstruction projects such as Linjiang Business District and Lixiang Village Resettlement Housing, and a number of livelihood projects such as Jing'an School and Peiying School.
