I. Company Overview
Chongqing Feihua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established in September 2014 with a registered capital of 1.8 billion yuan. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise under the Management Committee of Chongqing Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone, located more than 50 kilometers from the central urban area of Chongqing. The Company has total assets of 6.8 billion yuan and 465 registered employees.
The Company's chemical production facilities are mainly built to supply raw materials for BASF's MDI plant. Its main products include chlorine, nitric acid, formaldehyde, CO and H2, and it also provides public engineering services such as water, electricity, steam, and loading, unloading and storage of hazardous chemicals (liquid ammonia, methanol, formaldehyde).
