岗位职责描述：
1、深入业务需求，参与需求调研与分析，能够独立完成系统设计与功能开发；
2、编写和维护技术文档，配合前端、测试和运维人员完成项目交付。
3、关注主流开源技术，提出系统优化和架构升级建议。
4、深度参与产品从需求分析、设计、开发、测试到部署的全生命周期工作环节。
任职资格要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上 Java 开发经验，有实际项目经验。
2、扎实的Java基础(集合、多线程等)，熟练使用Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、SpringAI、Mybatis等框架，并了解其原理。
3、熟悉数据库技术，如MySQL、MongoDB、Elasticsearch、Redis等主流数据库，有高性能、高并发系统开发经验者优先。
4、熟悉消息中间件技术，如Rabbitmq、Rocketmq、Kafka等主流消息中间件，有阿里云生态MQ经验者优先。
5、熟悉RESTful API / RPC API设计，熟悉Docker基本操作，有微服务架构经验者优先。
6、工作态度积极主动且具有工作激情，良好的沟通能力。具备独立思考能力，团队合作精神，能承受一定工作压力。
7、具有良好的职业素养，事业心强，忠诚能干，爱岗敬业，具有较强的责任感。
