2、与业务部门（如资管、财富、运营、合规）紧密合作，理解需求并实现技术方案；
3、优化现有系统架构，提升代码质量，保障系统安全；
4、研究并应用前沿技术，如AI大模型，辅助代码开发，提高开发效率并推动技术升级；
5、负责完成领导交办的其他事项；
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上开发工作经验；
2、具备扎实的Java基础，熟悉常用数据结构、熟悉Python语言；
3、熟悉常用框架（Spring Boot、RPC框架、ORM框架等）；
4、熟悉MQ、Cache、NOSQL、Web容器等常用互联网组件；
5、熟悉MySQL，Oracle及相关SQL数据库操作技术；
6、熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Vue.js、React.js等前端技术；
7、具备基本的运维能力，熟悉Linux使用，常用服务器操作命令等；
8、做事积极主动，具有高度的责任感与团队合作精神，有良好的沟通能力；
