【工作内容】
1.全面负责临床试验项目的全周期管理，制定项目执行计划并监控关键节点进度；
2.执行注册临床试验项目管理工作，包括项目流程培训、样本管理、药品管理、物资管理、文件管理、费用管理、数据管理、日常沟通等；
3.按照注册临床试验项目计划，按时按质按预算完成项目管理及重要节点工作，包括项目要求的培训、项目人员分工和管理管理，及其项目启动、执行及总结工作；
4.管理所辖注册项目相关的合作机构，包括研究中心、CRO/SMO/EDC等；
5.主导项目风险评估与应对策略制定，及时解决现场监查、受试者招募等突发问题；
6.组织项目会议，审核临床研究报告及各类申报资料，确保交付物符合法规要求；
7.负责SAE、SUSAR等报告的伦理上报、质疑解决、跟踪随访；
8.协助临床核查部进行自查、稽查等项目质量保证工作；
9.其他公司领导交办的与临床试验项目相关的工作。
【任职要求】
1.医学、药学相关专业本科及以上学历；具备5年以上临床试验工作经验，3年以上临床试验项目管理工作经验，实际负责并完成不少于2项临床试验；
2.能够深刻理解并掌握临床试验相关政策法规及工作流程，熟练掌握临床试验项目管理工具；
3.具备大局观，对项目整体时间，要求，结果，资源的整体视角，对项目团队的构建和管理的整体思路，能制定出清晰，条理的项目整体计划；
4.具有一定的号召和协调沟通能力，制定项目各阶段的预设目标，对于项目运行过程中的各个学科或分支有概念性的了解；
5.具备项目管理能力和管理技巧，能够合理的根据团队各成员的专长合理分配工作，并能制定有效的工作验收机制。
