2014年，亳州市兴华妇幼保健院在利辛县设立第二家分院-利辛兴华医院。该院为利辛县人民政府招商引资项目，是2014年2月24日经亳州市卫生局审批设置，由亳州市兴华妇幼保健院投资建设的一所二级综合医院。医院位于利辛县和平路西侧、长春路北侧。占地37亩，总规划建筑面积40000平方米。一期投资6000万元，建设业务用房面积为15000平方米，床位150张。
利辛兴华医院将以亳州市兴华妇幼保健院为依托，建设成一所妇幼专科为特色的综合性医院，12月14日已经正式开业。
利辛兴华医院设有内科、外科、产科、妇科、儿科、新生儿科、五官科、超声科、检验科、儿童保健科、急诊科、产后康复科、麻醉科、医学影像中心、孕妇学校、健康体检中心、预防接种科以及康复科。
