1、负责监督工厂EHS 事务和合规管理, 执行EHS管理程序，确保给雇员提供一个健康安全工作环境；
2、主导公司三大核心安全方针的执行情况，定期开展风险评估与隐患排查，确保各阶段安全隐患得到识别、评估，并落实改善。在深加工厂内实施EHS变更管理；
3、协助集群EHS经理对深加工所有工伤事故（含未遂事故和急救事故）、火灾事件进行调查与管理，制定并跟进纠正改善措施，降低EHS事故率、避免任何灾害事件发生；
4、应急管理-- 协助集群EHS主管全面实施安全生产各项应急预案，组建义务消防队并开展拉练，提升工厂应急处理能力；
5、合规管理—协助集群EHS主管与公司内部和外部相关方(应急管理局、消防和生态环境)的沟通与协调，确保深加工厂运行合规；
6、负责园区保安团队和消防管理；
7、建立并监督深加工厂三级安全培训管理体系有效运行，满足安全健康法规要求，提升员工安全管理技能和安全意识。
