Shenzhen Qiande Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a high-end manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development, design, production, and sales of precision connectors. With product R&D and design, precision mold R&D and manufacturing, high-speed precision stamping and injection molding, and automated production equipment development as its core, and supported by core technologies such as narrow-pitch BTB connector female terminal bending, Type-C deep-drawn iron shell, fully automatic one-time insert injection molding of multi-metal strips, third-generation 3D solderless crimp terminals, four-sided bare nickel electroplating, and rhodium-ruthenium electroplating, the Company provides precision connectors to downstream customers. Its products are widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and other fields. Its customer base mainly consists of 3C product manufacturers, including Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, VIVO, OPPO, and other top six global mobile communication terminal brands.
Since its establishment, the Company has continuously developed new technologies and new processes, and has continuously transformed them into technological achievements, possessing strong R&D strength. Twelve products developed and produced by the Company, including ultra-thin high-precision BTB connectors, ultra-thin high-current BTB connectors, ultra-thin precision mobile phone SIM card connectors, and earphone connectors, have obtained high-tech product certifications. As of December 31, 2019, the Company had cumulatively obtained 339 patents, including 32 invention patents (including 2 overseas invention patents). In addition, as of December 31, 2019, the Company had applied for but not yet obtained authorization for 10 utility model patents and 64 invention patents, totaling 74, including 1 U.S. invention patent.
Through long-term technical accumulation and production practice, the Company has formed a product system mainly based on mobile phone connectors, supplemented by micro precision electroacoustic products and automotive connectors. The Company implements a "major customer" strategy, focusing on leading customers. Its customer base mainly consists of 3C product manufacturers, including Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, VIVO, OPPO, and other top six global mobile communication terminal brands, as well as terminal brand owners such as Transsion Holdings, Google, and Amazon. It has established good cooperative relationships with ODM and EMS manufacturers such as Flex, Wingtech, Huaqin, Longcheer, and Compal, and automotive electronics manufacturers such as Valeo and Lear, and has won widespread recognition from customers by virtue of high-quality services and product quality.
After nearly two decades of development, the Company's business has steadily expanded. It now has three professional production bases in Shenzhen, Guangdong; Qidong, Jiangsu; and Zhengzhou, Henan (under construction), and has established subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and the United States, and a branch in Shanghai.
