岗位职责：
1. 参与项目技术方案开发，核心业务的研发落地与实施
2. 参与业务分析和规划，解决研发过程中的技术难题和挑战
3. 大数据分析和ETL等工作

技术水平：
1. 计算机、电子信息工程等相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，3年以上Java研发经验；
2. 熟悉dubbo/spring cloud等分布式相关技术，并至少具备2年以上分布式应用开发经验，有架构经验者优先；
3. 精通mysql的开发和SQL优化，了解一些底层原理，如索引，表存储引擎等
4. 熟练掌握Spring、mybatis、redis、MQ，mysql等主流JAVA框架及原理，有分布式系统或者高并发业务的设计及项目经验，并能完成相应系统的设计和研发；
5. 具有良好的学习能力、沟通技能和团队合作能力
6. 注重代码规范、可以接受适当出差
