团队现有40人的设计师团队，拥有丰富的商业综合体，酒店，文化教育类项目的经验。
事务所采用合伙人制的组织架构，在两位创始合伙人和三位助理合伙人的带领下，鼓励创意的交叉和设计的创新性。结合产品力和设计力，力求创造充满活力的城市空间。
