g25长深高速杭宁浙江段是国家高速公路路网的重要组成部分，是浙江省高速公路主骨架“两纵两横十八连三绕三通道”中的一纵，北起浙苏两省交界处的父子岭，往南经长兴县、湖州市、德清县和杭州市余杭区，与g2501杭州绕城高速公路相连，路线全长99.161公里。其中一期王家浜至青山段长35.20 km，于2000年12月建成通车，二期父子岭至王家浜和青山至杭州段，长63.961 km，于2002年11月建成通车。
