道尼尔海翼有限公司成立于2013年11月，是无锡交通产业集团(隶属于无锡市国资委)控股的中德合资公司，总部位于中国江苏省无锡市宜兴。公司主营业务为终极水陆两栖飞机--海星飞机的设计、生产、销售及支持。公司在德国设有海外研发中心，负责海星飞机的EASA适航证更新认证以及持续适航工作。
Dornier Seawings Co. Ltd, set up in the November of 2013, is a China-German joint venture with Wuxi Transportation Industrial Development Group (a subordinate company under Wuxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) as the main shareholder. It is headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. The company‘s main business is to design, produce, sell and support the ultimate amphibious aircraft named Seastar. Company has it research center based in Germany, responsible for the type certification update and continued airworthiness of Seastar aircraft.

海星飞机,以其独特的设计，从防腐蚀复合材料机身和宽轮距抗腐蚀起落架、刹车及轮圈，到前后直列式发动机布局，使其在速度、航程、续航、安全性、客舱尺寸和维护成本方面具备全方位的优越性。海星飞机既可以在陆地跑道也可以在水上起降，可广泛运用于VIP豪华客运、商业、政府/特殊和综合任务。
The Seastar is purely unique in the design of corrosion-free composite airframe, wide-track corrosion-resistant landing gear including brakes and rims, centre-line engine configuration. All these designs ensure superior performance in speed, range, endurance, safety, cabin and maintenance costs. The Seastar aircraft is able to perform take-off and landing capabilities both on runway and water sur. In general, it is a multi-purpose seaplane covering a wide range of commercial, governmental/special and corporate missions as well as VIP-transport.
